Hey, I'm Natalie!
You're invited to join us for an empowering and soul-lifting workshop, designed to help you navigate the winter and holiday season with more ease.
While this time of year is filled with joy and celebration, it can also bring challenges—stress, heightened expectations, bloat, exhaustion, and emotional/physical weight can leave you feeling overwhelmed.Â
In this interactive experience, we’ll create a safe space to acknowledge these struggles and practice (in real time) simple and recharging self-care habits to manage them effectively.
Together, we’ll redefine self-care (because it's not "selfish" and way more than a glass of wine, bubble bath, or a visit to the spa!) and examine how these essential elements work hand in hand to enhance your well-being during the winter months.
WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE
- You'll immerse yourself in a calming and playful atmosphere as I guide you through a series of activities that will awaken your senses, body and spirit. A combination of movement, meditation, journaling, and breakout groups to share/brainstorm
- You'll learn my top 5 healthy habits to keep you balanced during the holidays
- You'll experience a balance between solo time, group time, and a little unstructured time ;)

A fitness/yoga mat, water bottle or mug (I'll have a few herbal teas to share), journal and pen, and comfortable clothes to move, stretch, and be cozy in ;)
